Conditions and Procedures:
If, within 3 (three) months of fitting, it becomes evident that the Posture Control Insoles® are not producing significant and beneficial results for your patient, please contact us. We'll be glad to explore ways to help make the insoles perform, or issue a Return Authorization Number so the Posture Control Insoles® can be returned. To process a refund, we also need your credit card information.
If you stock our products, you may choose to receive a new replacement pair.
